  • Not really nonsense today, but a photo of the picture frame from 1993 I had on my wall ages ago, referring to my post in "first poster on the wall". It's a compilation of pics from the gig on the third of September 1993 when I gave Peter the puppet I made. :)

  • The puppet Denise made for Pete found its way on the Forever Live Double DVD. Choose 'Further Away' as one of the bonus tracks on Disc Two.

And I must confess that I'd like IQ to play 'Further Away' again on one of the forthcoming gigs. Just a thought...

    Nice one!
Though it might be dangerous for you now. Your prisoner seems already to be somewhere on his way to find you..

Well, it seems that I have to explain a bit about this post I made about Arthur's nice Subby logo. I had a conversation about the logo last weekend and it seems that the meaning of the logo I thought to be very obvious and clear for about 15 years (eeeeeeek!) probably only existed in my head....

After having (ab)used the logo myself in various nonsense ways here  ,I've always thought it wasn't 'just an IQ logo'. I have always been convinced of it to have a deeper meaning in relation to the experiment in Subterranea.
The circle in the middle represented the prison, the dot inside the prisoner. The three dots around the circle were the outside world, the people who monitored the experiment for Mockenrue (the person behind the experiment). They could see the prison with the prisoner inside, prisoner couldn't see the outside world being in his prison/circle. The empty place in the right upper corner is the place where the prisoner has been taken from..

When you get back to my post to Arthur=Mockenrue with this information, and you see the dot in the center of the circle in his pic is missing/on its way.. you might understand my post...

Still a bit shocked about those 15 years though..... :?

  • I'm still a bit shocked that it's just a plain IQ logo after I heard of that amazing interpretation...
