General Discussion of IQ and music in general

  • Great to read on Jon Kirkman’s blog today that one Mr Peter Nichols of this parish no less has contributed and proof read.
Looking forward to the tome being published; my order has been with Jon since release date; indeed in the previous carnation as well, with Stereo 33 books.
For me The Lamb is best of a much maligned genre with Subby and indeed The Wake not too far behind if more lucid. Many say that The Wall was superb; yes a superb live show in 1980 and ‘81, Unfortunately, I was too young to go see the Lamb.
Me and my mate from Middlesbrough Mick often talked about if we won the lottery, putting on a stage show of The Lamb with PN as Rael ( I read somewhere that he wanted to try acting) and Subby.

  • Also enjoyed reading the interview with Peter in or on the Genesis News web site, posted in Feb. whilst IQ were in Aschaffenburg.
